CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at: support@giftsnew.com, and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make.We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 8 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified. Please be informed that: We are not guaranteed to deliver your order on time if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design as requested. Personalized orders will be locked for processing right after the order is complete so making any adjustments (including shipping details) is impossible. Please double-check all details before you check out.

NOTE: Please remember that purchasing means accepting all the abovementioned terms. EXCHANGES Items purchased from GIFTSNEW.COM are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons: – The product is flawed. – The print quality is poor. – The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

What is the return and exchange policy?

GIFTSNEW.COM allows for returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind about a product.

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

– For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by GIFTSNEW.COM.

– Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by our return and exchange policy above.

We’re sorry you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items/rewards! Let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team contact our Customer Service Team by email : support@giftsnew.com with subject ‘Missing Item’, ‘Wrong Item’, or ‘Damaged / Expired Item’.

Please also include the following details in your form:

– Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received

– Name of Item

– Order Number
